No, you're not alone! I think it's insane to decorate, or do anything for Christmas until after you've eaten on Thanksgiving. My favorite holiday is Thanksgiving, and it is for sure overlooked by pretty much everyone these days! Do the sacrifices of our ancestors really mean so little? Can we not just have one day to show our appreciation for all they did for us? Just one day is set aside for us to show our gratitude for those we love and care for, to show our thanks for all our family and friends mean to us. Just one day. Valentine’s day is by far the lamest of the holidays and people go nuts for it! How does this make sense? Yes, this topic hit a nerve! Hehehe.
I am grateful to you for noticing that November 4th might be a tad too early for Christmas! Thank you Tammy, and don’t give in!

They are these lovely cheese(melty hot Velveeta) & roll(fresh baked dough) hybrids that our High School used to make. I got the school district recipe, and have been cranking these babies out on demand for a year or so. If you have a bread machine they are SUPER easy. My e-mail is matchgirl123@aol.com. No matter how hard it is, I recommend doing this every year! I waited 5 years to do mine and I threw out 13 bags of broken toys or toys with missing pieces, 7 bags of toys that my kids were too old for and we still were not done!

They started going through again, as it is coming towards Christmas, and we were given a air-hockey table!

And our goodwill no longer accepts toys because MA laws now says something about recalls being the fault of the seller not the buyer.
